All you've done is
Lock the door

From the world

The noises outside
Scare you to death
Because all you're used to
Is a single breath

Yours

There's a price to supression
But you condone it
All you do
Is shoo your feelings
Your thoughts
Your troubles
Worries

And soon
In your room
Now that you're an outcast
And nobody can hear you scream


There is a fog
For supression fogs your mind
Chokes you to death

NOW you reach for the door?
Is it too late?
They seem to have forgotten
That you've tried to get away

But you FAILED

They've moved on with their lives
Something that you can't do!
You hurt yourself MORE
This is the CONSEQUENCE

Of NOT speaking up for yourself.
NOT trying to

RIGHT
YOUR
WRONG!!

SURPRESSING those hurtful memories
You've witnessed
You locked yourself in
Locked others

Out

Of your heart
Of your mind
Of your LIFE.

Now,

As the smoke fils the room
You lie your back up against the wall
Hang your head in shame
Now only you are there to blame
Yourself

From your surpression.

You don't hold your breath
You inhale the smoke
And choke

The door opens
And in your mind
They cannot find

Breast Cancer Awarenes/ Spirit Day!

OKAY,

So today, I have to be a cross dresser. NO, not like bi gender, but today is breast cnacer awareness day, adn not only that, but it's alaso spirit day; anti bullying.  For today, I'm wearing a purple shirt, adn on top of it, I'm wearing a pink one. I'm not going to post any pictures... maybe later... but for now, I have to get ready for school. It's been raining all night; it's dark and gloomy outside, and my hair is misbehaving :(

My Changing World

As time goes by
I find
My world isn't what it used to be
People were bigger
Faster
Stronger
What happened?

Where was I?

On the street
I see
People smoking their smokes
Bumping to 'jams'
Fighting
Wasting valuable time

Is that our future?

I walk alone
My hands dug into my pockets
My eyes on the ground
My music whispering words of wisdom in my ears.

And then I look up
And see
My world changes all over again!

There are more people here
Fighting
Smoking
Drinking
Wasting
Loitering
Murdering

Not
Learning
Their
Lesson!

Then I look to the right, and I see
A train
It's practically empty
With more people like me on it.

When will I get to ride that train
And leave behind this pain
Of the road everyone else goes down?

When will I see
The change
For the better?

But I have no ticket
So for now
I must wait

And I stay
With my eyes averted
From the pain and suffering
In our world today.

Will I be like them on the streets?

NEVER!

I may stay here
For a long time, but at least I know

One day
I'll be boarding that train
Getting away from my pain
Ressurecting my gain

And leaving my changing world.

Wonderful Day Today!!

It's a beautiful day to go for a walk today!! I had to take the PSAT in my school today, so I was there since about 7:30 this morning! :L I also had about 5 classes today, each a good 30 minutes long. After school I had the pleasure of being able to hang out with a good friend of mine; though we didn't hang out for very long, it was fun nonetheless!!
 Afterward I went for a nice little walk, and when I got home, I posted a poem to the website deviantart.com. I have one favorite so far, and I hope to get some more! It really makes me feel good when someone likes something I did :)

Right now, I'm finishing up a chapter of my first book; I'm trying to get it done ASAP so that I can stare at it for a while... Enjoy your evening!

Rain Rain!

Go away, come back another day!! I was just walking outside and the rain decided to POUR on me! So I had to run all the way home with my bag and clothes getting SOAKED!! As I ran, I probably got stuck at EVERY light in New York!! Ugh it was so frustrating!!

But fun at the same time ;) I got to get wet and splash in the puddles!

Even if I was all alone :T
